This presentation focusing on the importance of flexibility and relaxation. Learn a new style of massage from Canadian Massage Champion Sean-Michael Latimour. The massage methods taught are a series of techniques covering advanced massage and mobilizations and stretching of muscles, fascia and joints. These can be used with any client to add that extra touch of wow in a treatment. The class will explore massage techniques and sequences of compound movements that work the muscles, tendons and fascia. The techniques demonstrated cover all major and minor muscle group, from head to toe in the body.
