Cancellation Policy. I understand that tickets to the Canadian Massage Conference (CMC) and American Massage Conference (AMC) are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason or purpose.  However, tickets may either be transferred to another attendee for the same event or transferred to a future AMC/CMC event within 12 months at no cost by emailing oneconceptgroup@gmail.com prior to event start date. Media Release I understand that during the American and Canadian Massage Conference (AMC/CMC), I may be photographed or appear in videos for promotional purposes and/or for display on the website and social media.
